Kudos to Royal Mail for embracing the fantastic on this latest set of stamps. Shame it’s from such a limited range of sources, really, but then again – these are for general consumption.

Half of these are great. The other half, those that look like cut+pastes from movie posters, are terrible.

Sam – yes, there is that, too, but I guess most people will identify with the stills, which is why they probably chose that route. Still, it would have been nice for some consistency.
SMD – at the price of a stamp these days?! Don’t you know we’ve a government set on destroying society. We mortals can’t afford stamps now.
