We’ve just met, so a little introduction: I too live on an island – Saaremaa, off the West coast of Estonia, where as well as writing dark fiction, teaching English to Gymnasium students, I work with the local organic farmers group – Saare Mahe. I’m a chef and I organize catering for events around the island that use local and/or organic products – as much as possible. We can’t yet grow lemons here.
