This would be the oil spill that Shell finally accepted liability for recently.
Today I just read of another Shell oil spill in the North Sea, on their Gannet Alpha platform. They’re not really very good at this not destroying the world business, are they? Not when their legal obligations are to shareholders, first and foremost.
