Joint Signing Event (Me, China Miéville & Adam Neville)

Hot off the press:

Three huge talents; one signing event – FORBIDDEN PLANET are delighted to be hosting a triple signing with China Miéville, Adam Nevill and Mark Charan Newton on Thursday 20th May at the Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2H 8JR… Two weeks in advance of publication date, CITY OF RUIN by Mark Charan Newton is the follow-on to the massively successful Nights of Villjamur, taking us back to the lands of the Red Sun. This time, we go to to Villiren, where Brynd and investigator Jeryd must fight to save a city that’s already in ruins.

That’s Thursday 20th May, 6-7pm. You know it makes sense. I’ll be representing Pan Macmillan’s hair department, so am growing it especially for the event.

I’ll probably just be doing this one signing this year, so don’t let Miéville have all the fun – come and say hello to me. It’ll be a night to remember, with live entertainments, dancers dressed like squids, an Eighties covers band, free Babycham and a tombola. Come see us revive the New Weird!

Or, maybe not. But there’ll be some cool books and writers and stuff.
